Will it run on my generator?
On a 2,200 W inverter like a Honda EU2200i, yes, with the soft start. Without it, plan on about 3,500 W to start the compressor.

Do I need a wall thermostat?
No. The controls are on the ceiling assembly. If you have one on the wall now it is simply not used by the new system.
Can I add heat later?
Not with this assembly. For heat strip capability, buy the heat-ready ChillGrille kit.
Will it run on my Honda EU2200i?
With the 1497-3601 soft start, yes. Without it, plan on about 3,500 W to start the unit.
How do I know my RV is ducted?
Cold air comes out of vents along the ceiling, not from the air conditioner itself. If it blows straight out of the unit, you need the non-ducted kit.
